NeedleMover draws outs the stories of leaders who are using their spheres of influence to drive change and human flourishing. Impact doesn’t necessarily mean sweeping changes, large-scale initiatives, or impressive donations; it also occurs in everyday interactions, in daily decisions, in ordinary efforts.
I hope that you find motivation through these blog posts, interviews, tools and resources. I hope that you are inspired to continue to write your story in your work or vocation, or to blaze a new trail towards positive human consequences. I hope that you strive to make a difference in your own way.
I hope that you find a way to move the needle.
About Me | Christi Wall
I’m not sure I’ve ever done anything extraordinary. I was raised in the suburbs of St. Louis, and didn’t step foot outside the U.S. until I was 23. A stroke of luck took me to McMurdo Station, Antarctica for two months, and I use that as my sole fun fact in any icebreaker exercise. I currently work to drive revenue through training and enablement for a security software company in Denver. I am passionate about my work, and find meaning in forming connections with my colleagues and in furthering the success of the organization.
But I’m bound by an idealistic notion that we can all use our brains, talents, resources, and money to help others flourish. I believe wholeheartedly that I can leverage my business awareness, my creativity, and my communication skills to make our local and global communities stronger.
This is just the start.
How I move the needle: By providing a platform for others to share their stories and voice their impact, with the goal of inspiring others to do the same.
