We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise and our customers may need to reschedule their services to a later date. We are happy to work with our customers to accommodate their needs and reschedule their services as necessary.
We do not offer refunds for our services. However, if a customer needs to reschedule their services to a later date, we will work with them to find a new date that is mutually convenient.
If a customer needs to cancel their services completely, we require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, we may charge a cancellation fee at our discretion. In such cases, the fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.
If a customer needs to reschedule their services to a later date, we require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service. We will work with the customer to find a new date that is mutually convenient and will not charge any rescheduling fees.
